Alpha Sigma Chi has designated the Paralyzed Veterans of America as the fraternity's official philanthropic beneficiary. One quarter of proceeds from dues and one half of proceeds from philanthropic fund raising events will go toward the PVA. The fraternity recognizes and honors the sacrifice of these brave American veterans. Since Alpha Sigma Chi is an international fraternity, international dues proceeds will be regionally directed in kind by national chapter bodies.

The brothers of Alpha Sigma Chi also advocate the study of Intelligence and National Security, and will direct some part of dues and event proceeds toward the promotion of these studies as specified by the Board of Directors. Other needy causes will be supported on a case-by-case basis, as national and international need arises, as initiated by the Executive and approved by the Board of Directors.
